Our story

Same crew since 2005

Maximum Towing and Transport of Central Florida started in Frostproof in 2005. Maximum Heavy Transport LLC is the heavy-haul company from that same yard.

We haul machines that will not sit on a regular trailer. The tractor is a Kenworth. The trailer is an RGN or a lowboy. We own the trailer.

Call with the machine, the weight, and both addresses. We give a price from those details. The price does not change after we agree.

Car tows, jump starts, and lockouts stay on Maximum Towing and Transport of Central Florida.

Florida oversize rules

Florida needs a permit over 8 feet 6 inches wide, 13 feet 6 inches tall, or 80,000 pounds.

We haul up to 82,000 pounds. We say no if the piece is over that number.

Width over 12 feet is the usual point where Florida adds a civilian escort. Fold or pin the boom at the yard before we bid the date.

Flags, lights, and banners go on the truck when the load needs them. Pilot cars get added when the width or the route requires them.

We can work 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. when the city writes it that way. Tell us on the first call.

How a haul works
